Whilst many natural developments will be physiological, hormonal changes play a significant role.<\/p>\n<p>Changes within your breasts can be an early indicator of pregnancy. Increased levels of the hormone progesterone and milk duct growth may result in a tingling sensation or soreness (specifically the nipples) of the breast\/breasts. The breast and the areola will begin to increase in size. Additionally, the nipple and areola may change colour, becoming darker throughout the pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p>Weeks or even months before your baby is due, your breasts may begin milk production. Leaking of the nipples at this time is not uncommon.
